Only the data you give us in the forms on this website (free quote form and online quote calculator):

  • Contact details: name, phone, email, city, province and postcode.
  • Project details: project type, measurements, surface, chosen options, approximate budget and any comments you add.
  • Technical submission data: date, time and IP address, to prevent abuse and spam.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

  • To answer your quote request, contact you and arrange the free measurement. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To send you offers and news, only if you tick the corresponding box. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Website security (logging IP addresses to stop abusive submissions). Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

While we handle your request and, if you become a customer, for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by law. Data used for marketing communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors (web hosting, email and web analytics), bound by the confidentiality and security obligations required by the GDPR. Some of these providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@cerramientosdeterrazas.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
